GSA Conference Room RAY Building St. Louis
At the RAY Building in St. Louis Missouri, we custom designed and installed a solution that removed the old projector based system, and integrated an Extron solution that has set the new standard for a conference room. We integrated 2 – 48 Inch Flat Panel TV’s and 1 – 84 Inch 4k Flat Panel TV for video sharing during conferences. This is controlled by an Extron Touchlink Pro Panel, and is integrated with the Polycom teleconference, and with the extron video system, along with the basic audio system. Any one of these products can work in tandem with the other or can work seperately. The Polycom system has 2 wireless mics situated for the best audio pickup and has 2 speakers to play back as well. The system can be dialed from the Extron Touchlink Pro Panel, and the mic to the teleconference can be muted from the Extron Touchlink Pro Panel as well. Many times a screen sharing solution is used with Google Meet, for off site users apart of the conference, internally on the 3 TV’s, shared with the extron system, and the Polycom teleconference for top audio quality compared to what is offered by just the Google Meet just across the internet
RAY Building Auditorium – St. Louis
An A/V solution was integrated for the Auditorium, with a 4k projector and using new 4k across CAT6A transmitters by Extron. The system connects video from a laptop, or dvd/bluray player, and a microphone or audio from the laptop/dvd/blueray player to play across the speakers for meetings and other scheduled events by the tenants within the building. The system just uses an Extron Video Switcher, CAT6A cabling, and a few HDMI over CAT6A converters. Simple, yet state of the art and has the ability to be expanded if need be
